Tiivistelmä
Due to the wave of immigrants in recent 2019s, the population increase in Finland has opened opportuni ties for integrating international cuisine. With the international cuisine and various nationalities, there is no
doubt saying that is a big chance for enterprises to start up different restaurant business models with vari ous themes. In the JAMK thesis performance, the research put a great effort into studying if a 24/7 located
nearby public transport stations restaurant becomes a practical idea in Finland.
In order to release the conclusion for a new business idea, there are two distinct research missions in the JAMK thesis performance. Firstly, the thesis performs a business plan for the new restaurant, so the thesis becomes a shred of solid academic evidence for a start-up idea. Secondly, the thesis performs a promotion strategy by introducing an e-sales channel solution. Due to the e-sales channel solution, the restaurant quickly approaches its end customers- the food ordering app.
As the thesis performs two missions, it has two separate research questions. The two research questions collect information to identify the feasibility of the restaurant business model and its rendered food app. Besides, the core evaluation of the two thesis research questions must strictly reflect all possible consumers or users' experiences by implementing both qualitative and quantitate methods. Thus, the thesis includes potential research limitations due to the table analysis at the end. The research limitation also lets
readers understand what if the ideas were under perfect conditions only.
