Tiivistelmä
WE Tech Solutions Oy pyrkii tutkimaan sekä kehittämään vakiopiirustusmallia EPLAN Electric P8 -suunnittelujärjestelmään. Tarkoituksenani on tutkia, miten tulevaisuudessa voidaan tehdä piirustukset EPLANilla ja miten EPLAN-ohjelma käytännössä toimii. EPLAN-ohjelmasta tehdään myös suunnitteluopas yrityksen sisäisille työntekijöille. Tulevaisuudessa tavoitteena on siirtyä porrastetusti kokonaan AutoCAD Electrical -ohjelmasta EPLAN-ohjelmaan.
Vakiopiirustusmallia kehitetään seuraamalla valmista projektia, kyseinen projekti on toteutettu AutoCAD Electrical-ohjelmalla.
Lisäksi luotiin suunnitteluopas WE Techin työntekijöille. WE Tech Solutions Oy aims to study and develop a standard drawing template for the EPLAN Electric P8 design system. The aim is also to study how drawings can be made with EPLAN in the future and how the EPLAN program works in practice. The EPLAN program is also made into a design guide for the company’s internal employees. In the future, the goal is to move completely from the AutoCAD Electrical program to the EPLAN program in a staggered manner.
In the thesis, the EPLAN design program is introduced, and its features are studied by watching videos and instructions from EPLAN’s website. At the same time, we familiarize ourselves with the features of the design program, such as the cover sheet, the drawing template, symbol macros, Data Portal, report generation, SLD’s functionalities, and practicality of EPLAN’s program. With the help of the things mentioned above, it is possible to familiarize, practice, and implement the challenges of the thesis. After this, a standard drawing template and a design guide for EPLAN will be developed. The standard drawing template is developed by studying the completed project, implemented with the AutoCAD Electrical program. The key concept of the thesis is the drawing template and its development.
The thesis was successful, as the goals were achieved. The project succeeded in developing a standard drawing template for EPLAN and using it to make the functional drawings. At the same time, information was obtained about the operation of the EPLAN design program and its effective use. In addition, a design guide was created for WE Tech employees. The project continues internally by exploring SLD’s activities and the handling of revisions in the EPLAN design program.
