The reason of this study is to give a better understanding of customer satisfaction in garments sector in Pakistan. The main issues of discussion will be about role of customer loyalty on garments retail stores in Pakistan. It focuses on the shop and staff levels of retail relations, in particular, on specific sector of retail.
