Tiivistelmä
This report is a case study on how to support creative businesses collectively to increase their visibility and to add cultural opportunities in a town centre during a regeneration programme.
The report will explain the process from inception of the idea to planning and scheduling to implementation and on reflecting the experiences of the participating artists and visitors.
The report will continue assessing the scalability of the project and analysing its success and failure factors more closely. The analysis will be focusing on the importance of management and motivation as the driving forces and how the absence of them can kill an initiative.
The essential concepts that will be covered are community engagement, placemaking, regeneration and the roles that creative businesses can play in it.
