Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aihe oli lapsen hoitoelvytys ensihoidossa. Siinä käsiteltiin yleisimpiä lapsen elottomuuteen johtaneita syitä, hoitoelvytyksen eri vaiheita sekä elvytyksen jälkeistä hoitoa. Toimeksianto saatiin Kymenlaakson sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujen kuntayhtymän ensihoidolta, jolla oli tarve saada koulutusmateriaali lapsen hoitoelvytyksestä.
Opinnäytetyö oli toiminnallinen ja tuotoksena tehtiin sekä PowerPoint-esitys että video. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selventää työnjakoa, tilanteen kulkua sekä teknistä suorittamista lapsen hoitoelvytystilanteessa hoitotason ensihoitajille. Lähdemateriaaleiksi valittiin näyttöön ja tutkittuun tietoon perustuvia suomen- ja englanninkielisiä lähteitä.
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa koulutusmateriaali lapsen hoitoelvytyksestä ensihoidossa Kymenlaakson sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujen kuntayhtymän ensihoidolle koulutuskäyttöön. Koulutusmateriaali pohjautui opinnäytetyöraportin lähteisiin sekä toimeksiantajan tarpeisiin ja toiveisiin. Koulutusmateriaali sisälsi ajankohtaisen tiedon lapsen hoitoelvytyksestä.
Opinnäytetyössä valmistuneet PowerPoint-esitys ja video luovutettiin sähköisessä ympäristössä Kymenlaakson sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujen kuntayhtymän ensihoidolle. Samalla vastuu koulutusmateriaalin käytöstä, ajantasaisuudesta ja hoito-ohjeen tarkastamisesta siirtyi Kymsoten ensihoidolle. The topic of the thesis was pediatric resuscitation in emergency medical services. The thesis dealt with the most common causes of children’s cardiac arrest, various stages of resuscitation and post-resuscitation treatment. The topic of this thesis was requested by the Kymenlaakso Joint Municipal Authority of Social and Health Service Emergency Medical Services based on their need for a training material.
This thesis was functional thus the training material includes a PowerPoint presentation and a video. The aim was to clarify the division of labor, the course of the situation and the technical performance in the child's resuscitation situation for paramedics. Academic sources based on evidence and researched data in Finnish and in English were used as the basis of this thesis.
The purpose of the thesis was to produce a training material about pediatric advanced life support for Kymenlaakso Joint Municipal Authority of Social and Health Service Emergency Medical Services for educational purposes. The aim was also to fulfill the needs and expectations of the client regarding the training material. The training material contained up-to-date information about the children’s cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
The PowerPoint presentation and the video were admitted to the client’s electronic environment. The responsibilities regarding the use of the training material, its timeliness and the review of the care guideline were admitted to the client.
