Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on lisätä yhteiskunnallisen yrityksen liiketoiminta-mallin näkyvyyttä sekä kuvata rahoituspolkua. Se vastaa yhteiskuntamme tarpeeseen kehittää kestäviä ratkaisuja tuottaa hyvinvointipalveluita resurssitehokkaasti. Tavoitteena on edistää yhteiskunnallista yrittäjyyttä vaihtoehtona luovilla- ja hyvinvointialoilla.
Idea opinnäytetyöhön syntyi tilaajan Creven ja yritykseni StuDisco Oy:n yhteisestä tarpeesta selvittää yksityiset rahoitusmuodot ja mitä asioita tulee tehdä, jotta rahoituksen edellytykset täyttyvät, kun tahtotilana on perustaa yhteiskunnallinen yritys. Creve toimii yritysten tukena heidän eri vaiheissansa ja tuotos tulee toiminaan apuna esimerkiksi rahoituksen suunnittelussa ja verkostoitumisen vinkkeinä.
Aineistonkeruumenetelminä käytin haastattelua ja benchmarkingia. Valitsin haastateltavat heidän ammatillisen asiantuntijuutensa perusteella. Haastattelujen teemat jaoin kolmeen kategoriaan: vaikuttavuuden asiantutijat, rahoitusverkostojen edustajat ja sijoittajat. Benchmarking kohdistui Arvoliiton Impact Startup -Boot Camp tilaisuuteen ja kokemukseeni Lissabonin Impact Hubilla, mikä on yhteistyötila yhteiskunnallisille yrityksille.
Tutkimusmenetelmistä kerätyt tulokset käsiteltiin teemoittain vertaillen ristiin. Benchmarkingin avulla saatu tieto tuki haastatteluja kokemustietona. Aineiston vastauksista voidaan päätellä, että yhteiskunnallisen yrityksen liiketoimintamalli on yleistymässä suomessa, mutta liiketoimintaan liittyvien käsitteiden ymmärtäminen tuottaa haasteita, niin yrittäjillä kuin sijoittajilla. Tästä syystä hyvät ideat saattavat jäädä idea tasolle. The objective of this thesis was to increase the visibility of the impact-driven business or social enterprise model in Finland.
