Due to the rapid entry of Chinese manufacturers into the market, the European electric vehicle market has seen substantial changes in recent years. In order to uncover important dynamics and determine sustainable paths for European brands, the study examined their impact on competitive tactics, European logistics net-works, and market development. The study examined at the European EA market's current situation as well as the variables influencing its dynamics and future trends. The tactics employed by Chinese manufacturers to expand internationally were examined, as they hold prominent positions in the global market. The primary focus was on how Chinese EA affected European logistical procedures and the competitiveness between Chi-nese and European businesses. Methods of literature analysis, statistical data analysis and comparative analy-sis were used to carry out the study. Special attention was paid to the study of factors determining the com-petitiveness of Chinese brands, such as pricing policy, technological advances and support from the Chinese government. The results showed that the presence of Chinese manufacturers puts significant pressure on European competitors, jeopardizing their viability. The logistics system in Europe is experiencing difficulties associated with an increase in the volume of imports of Chinese cars, which requires adaptation of existing processes. At the same time, Chinese brands continue to strengthen their positions due to favorable prices, developed infrastructure and technological innovations. The results emphasize that in order for European businesses to be competitive, they must innovate, streamline their logistics, and improve international collab-oration. Given the ongoing expansion of Chinese influence, European manufacturers' current economic issues may be made worse by their incapacity to adjust to these challenges.
