Abstract

This thesis reflects the author’s journey through an immersive learning experience, navigating daily operations and technical challenges within a professional setting. By documenting key tasks, training sessions, and hands-on experiences, the thesis provides insight into the skills developed, obstacles encountered, and knowledge gained. Beginning with the onboarding process, the author details the gradual adaptation to the team, followed by an in-depth exploration of the company’s product and its implementation for customers.

Throughout this process, the central focus of this journey was understanding and working with the company's complex software solutions. While following a structured training plan, the author also benefited from continuous guidance from the team lead and colleagues. This thesis highlights both personal and professional development within a real-world company setting, capturing the challenges faced, breakthroughs achieved, and lessons learned along the way.
