Tiivistelmä
Thesis studies the ways to implement Customer Relations Management system (CRM) to CMI – Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation, with intention to form an implementation roadmap including best practical suggestions and mitigation actions for the possible risks.
Thesis will first describe the backgrounds of both CRM tool and CMI, aiming to form an overall understanding what are the needs for the system. After this, the thesis will focus on forming best methods for project management, and identifies risks and mitigation actions for this particular implementation project.
The outcome of this thesis is a roadmap that presents all identified useful practices for a successful implementation process, including the identified risks. This roadmap can be used as a project management tool for future CRM system implementation project.
