Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aiheena on suunnitella 3D tulostettava konsepti öljyn jakolohkolle korvaamaan nykyinen perinteisillä menetelmillä valmistettu. Tämän lisäksi vertailla nykyisen konseptin ja uuden konseptin hintaa ja ominaisuuksia, kuten painoa ja suorituskykyä. Lisäksi tehdä puhtaustutkimus, jossa selvitetään päästäänkö metallista tulostetuilla osilla päätettyihin puhtausarvoihin. The topic of the thesis is to design a 3D printable concept for an oil block to replace the current one manufactured by traditional methods. Additionally, to compare the cost and features, such as weight and performance, between the current concept and the new concept. Furthermore, to conduct a cleanliness study to determine if the cleanliness values set for parts printed from metal are achieved.
