Tiivistelmä
The thesis explains the theory for conducting an intercultural training and the main objectives training possesses. The cultural differences between Finland and Japan are examined with the assistance of Geert Hofstede. Discussion of the results by analysing the feedback is conducted and suggestions for the upcoming trainings are provided.
