Thesis contains introduction of my role as a coach in Honka, providing an overview of how I create and develop my use of leadership styles, communication methods, group cohesion and different dynamics in the group to form a team. My role in developing the physical, technical and tactical aspects of the players through planning and running high quality training. Connecting Leadership, communication, group cohesion and dynamics to my role as a coach and exploring how they inter-twine in my responsibilities as a coach. Thesis also contains daily entries highlighting coaching experiences, leadership styles, communication decisions, and their impact and the emphasis on team dynamics and cohesion in shaping a team culture. It also analyses my weekly experiences and identifies the challenges and successes of my coaching strategies. Objectives include researching the relationship between coaching decisions, leadership styles, and team dynamics and evaluating how leadership and communication choices influence the establishment and evolution of team culture. Planned concrete outcomes include concrete strategies for refining coaching styles based on observed outcomes, reliable steps for fostering stronger team bonds and cohesion among the players, documented plan for ongoing professional growth as a coach, Insights and findings contributing to the broader understanding of leadership and development in football coaching.
