Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly emerged as the swiftest advancing technology on a global scale, fundamentally reshaping the marketing industry in the past half-decade. The presence of AI has been felt since World War II, but it has been emerging and growing only in the last decade because the technologies and scientific research around it have been developing.
This research paper was made for principal company Kamua Oy since the author and the company shared interest in the topic. AI has been emerging in the marketing industry as well and automated content creation has become a very popular topic within the industry and has already brought several automated solutions that we face on our daily life such as e-mail marketing and chatbots. To understand its emerging future role in marketing, it is essential to develop an outline of the key components of the technology and the
advantages and disadvantages that come with it. These things taken into consideration; it was decided to look at what will the role of automated content creation be like in the future. To fulfill this, the existing state of automated content creation in marketing was studied and examined, as well as its changes and future possibilities. Six experts from the marketing industry were interviewed to gain the necessary knowledge.
This research employed a qualitative approach and collected primary data through interviews with six experts specializing in marketing and automated content generation.
