In this thesis, the effect of digital transformation on Vietnamese start-ups and small and medium enter-prises (SMEs) was examined. Understanding how digital transformation helps firms achieve sustainable development, cut costs, and promote innovation was the main goal. The study looked at how digital transformation has affected Vietnam's business climate and rate of economic expansion. It also looked at the difficulties SMEs and start-ups have in implementing new technology.
An approach using a variety of techniques was used to accomplish these goals. To acquire thorough data, the study mainly used a qualitative methodology, including literature reviews and interviews. The research's conclusions outline the advantages and difficulties of adopting a digital transformation strate-gy, offering useful business insights. The report also identified tactics that SMEs and start-ups can use to successfully navigate the digital age and take advantage of digital technology to succeed in the dynam-ic business environment.
In general, this thesis helps us better grasp how digital technology is changing SMEs and start-ups in Vietnam. The research aids firms in formulating plans to adapt to the digital era, increase competitive-ness, and spur growth by illuminating the effects of digital transformation.
