Muutosjohtamisen haasteet

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on tehdä kartoitus muutosjohtamisen nykytilasta ja sen perusteella suunniteltavista kehittämistoimenpiteistä Yritys X:ssä suunnitteilla olevaa järjestelmää uudistettaessa. Nykyinen ns. core-järjestelmä on tullut auttamattomasti tiensä päähän, ja täyttää tänä vuonna 30 vuotta.

Järjestelmä on aikoinaan luotu puhtaasti yrityksen omiin tarpeisiin ja sen vanhanaikainen tekniikka ei valitettavasti pysty enää vaivattomasti vastaamaan enää nykypäivän vaatimuksiin. Järjestelmä on kuitenkin ”vanhasta” iästään huolimatta toimintakykyinen ja sen käytössä olevat prosessit ovat hyvin automatisoituja.

Tutkimusosuus tässä työssä toteutettiin haastattelututkimuksena ja sen perusteella pystyttiin antamaan yritykselle suosituksia sekä toimintaohjeita varsinaista projektia silmällä pitäen. Osaa suosituksista on jo lähdetty suorittamaan, sillä järjestelmähanke sai positiivisen investointipäätöksen ja hanke toteutetaan vuosien 2023 - 2025 aikana.

The purpose of this thesis is to research the current state of change management and the development measures to be planned based on it when renewing the planned system in Company X. The current so-called the core system has helplessly come to the end of its road and turning this year already a respectable 30 years.

The system was once created purely for the company's own needs and its old-fashioned technology is unfortunately no longer able to easily meet today's requirements. However, despite it is old, the system is functional, and the processes are highly automated.

The research part of this thesis was carried out as an interview study, and based on it, it was possible to give the recommendations and operating instructions for the actual project in mind. Some recommendations have already been implemented, as the system project received a positive investment decision, and the project will be implemented during the years 2023 – 2025
