This thesis provides the idea of making and arranging a plastic recycling machine. The principle and method are briefly introduced, and its application in practical application is explained. Use plastic recycling machines to improve the recycling rate of plastic waste and producing considerable economic benefits, which is conducive to the sustainable development of renewable energy and social economy. It can improve people's awareness of environmental protection and recycling of plastic waste. In addition, it can also reduce the recycling of resources, save a lot of resources, and alleviate the shortage of resources in China.
This thesis recommend people use plastic recycling machines to collect waste plastics more conveniently. For the methods of recycling plastics, this thesis provides some ideas: mechanical recovery, physical recycling, quaternary recycling, chemical recycling. It also gives two supporting solutions for recycling, namely, Methanolysis and Glycolysis. For the separation of plastics, there are two ideas: floatation separation and Melt filtration. In this thesis work, the treatment methods of commonly used waste plastic products such as pp recycling and energy regeneration are sorted and improved.
The plastic recycling machine improves the plastic recycling rate of people, and good recycling methods make it easier to recycle plastics, improvements in pp recycling promote plastic recycling.
