At present, there are a large number of small international freight forwarding companies flourishing in the international freight forwarding market in China. Using their flexible and diversified services, this category of enterprises mainly serves the import and export business of many small and medium-sized production enterprises, bringing great convenience for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises to go abroad. However, as market competition continues to intensify, the weaknesses of such enterprises have become more and more obvious, such as: the low level of information technology, single product and malicious pricing, all of which can have a negative impact on the healthy development of the industry. These enterprises can easily fall into the dilemma of focusing only on short-term interests and ignoring the long-term strategic layout, thus failing to achieve long-term healthy development.
Chongqing ZX Air Cargo Agency, a small-scale freight forwarding company, is a traditional freight forwarding business. In the new market situation, the company's main business can no longer meet the growing needs, and it is faced with how to overcome its disadvantages, grasp the market opportunities, seek new business growth points and expand its horizons. It is therefore imperative to formulate a strategic development plan.
On this basis, this paper uses PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces model to conduct a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of Chongqing ZX Air Cargo Agency and the internal and external environment, and uses the SWOT matrix method. It is hoped that this will provide a focused and targeted development strategy for Chongqing ZX Air Cargo Agency and provide a reference for the development of other companies in the industry, thus promoting the healthy development of the freight forwarding industry in China
