Following the action-based research steps and inquiring on the desired and current school culture of a UAE pilot school, this master thesis highlights the critical role of aligning the curriculum design process with the leadership vision to cultivate a coherent organizational culture. Effectively bridging the gaps between the existing school culture and the leadership's vision requires actively engaging top and mid-leadership in the curriculum design process. By doing so, a deeper understanding of the organization's vision and values is facilitated, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with its principles. This alignment creates a sense of purpose and direction among employees, ultimately promoting a cohesive organizational culture, and it can be achieved through open space and building a liquid curriculum.
