Tiivistelmä
Saldovirheiden syntyminen sisälogistiikan toimintaympäristössä voi aiheuttaa merkittäviä ongelmia teollisessa tavaratuotannossa. Problematiikka koskettaa läpi yrityksen siellä toimiviin operatiivisiin tahoihin ja ongelman jatkuessa sitoo eri osapuolilta työaikaa ja resursseja. Saldovirheiden syntyminen aiheuttaa tilausten viivästymisiä, jolla on heikentävä vaikutus toimitusvarmuuteen ja asiakastyytyväisyyteen. Kehittämistyön tavoitteena oli yrityksen sisälogistiikan prosessien kehittäminen saldovirheiden vähentämiseksi.
Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin laadullisena kehitystyönä yrityksen tarpeisiin. Sisälogistiikan prosesseissa tarkasteltiin laatuasioita ja puutteita. Tarkastelussa olivat varaston ja tuotannon prosessit. Prosessien toimintoja tutkittiin ja verrattiin yrityksen virallisiin prosessien kuvauksiin työntekijätasolta lähtien. Näin paikallistettiin saldovirheiden aiheuttajia sisällä toimintaprosesseissa.
Opinnäytetyön lopputuloksena syntyi ratkaisuja, joilla saldovirheiden syntyä saadaan minimoitua tuotannon jokapäiväisessä työskentelyssä. Tutkimus osoitti selkeitä puutteita sisälogistiikan prosessien toiminnoissa aiheuttaen ongelman jatkuvan toistuvuuden. The occurrence of balance errors in the operating environment of internal logistics can cause significant problems in industrial goods production. The problem touches all the company's operational units, and if the problem continues, it binds working time and resources from different parties. The occurrence of balance errors causes delays in orders, which has a weakening effect on delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. The goal of the development work was to develop the company's internal logistics processes to reduce balance errors.
The thesis was implemented as qualitative development work for the needs of the company. Internal logistics processes were checked for quality issues and deficiencies. The warehouse and production processes were under review. The operations of the processes were studied and compared with the company's official process descriptions from the employee level. In this way, the causes of balance errors were located within the operating processes.
As a result of the thesis, solutions were created to minimize the occurrence of balance errors in the everyday work of production. The study showed clear deficiencies in the operations of the internal logistics processes, causing the problem to be constantly repeated.
