The study aims determine which advantages does the hybrid model of working bring to the well-being of employees in Metso Outotec customer logistics team, which belongs to business area services. Metso Outotec is a Finnish, listed company globally operating in the fields of mining processes, aggregates, and metals refining. The study focuses on physiological-, social and psychological well-being of an employee working in the customer logistics team in hybrid model.
Theoretical background will present the company Metso Outotec Corporation and the customer logistics team and hybrid model procedures within the workplace. Well-being at work, hybrid model and remote work will be presented in the theoretical background.
The empirical part will be done as qualitative case study. Semi-structured questions are asked from team members. Anonymous questionnaire form will be used for execution of the survey.
