Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyö romutusprosessin parannuksesta tehtiin toimeksiantona ValmetAutomotive EV Salo Oy:lle.
The scrapping process improvement was commissioned by Valmet-Automotive Salo EV Power Oy, to update the existing process to include the new product line, and improve the work flow in any conceivable way.
During the thesis work the need to automatize certain reporting became imminent, and while the final stages were not possible to be implemented in given time frame, the definitions and steps to be done are reported.
The resulting work product includes four updates to failure codes in use, one part specific catalogue to support operator work, three work instructions and proposal for updated process description.
