Tiivistelmä
The main objective of this thesis is to understand the Finnish coffee drinking habits and tastes, to consider the possibility of importing Vietnamese coffee to Finnish market.
Information was collected through questionnaires from participants living in Finland, and a short interview was conducted with support from the owner of a Vietnamese restaurant in Helsinki. Information from the theoretical part is gathered from previous literature and research.
The study aims to provide information and knowledge about coffee, habits and preferences of Finns to consider for importing coffee from Vietnam to Finland.
A questionnaire was designed for the survey and an interview was conducted to collect the necessary data and information for the thesis. Both took place successfully and achieved the original goal. Survey has attracted more respondents than predicted and the results collected thus increase the credibility. The interview also collected more information than initially expected due to the honest and enthusiastic sharing from the interviewee.
