The main aim of the research was to explore the core definition of organizational culture, performance, and change.
The secondary aim was to analyse Schein’s three levels of organizational culture and find out the im-portance of the model on organization development with the help of the case company, Raisoft.
In this thesis, research was conducted using qualitative approach. After building a theoretical frame-work, data of case company was collected through interviews with the founding member and an em-ployee of the case company, company websites and public data on the internet. The result identified the importance of organizational culture in company’s management and development and the extent to which employees share the common values of the company.
