Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoitus on luoda malli SharePoint portaalista, joka tukee ECHO (European Network of Cybersecurity centres and competence Hub for innovation and Operations) -verkoston strategisen suunnittelun prosessia. ECHO on EU:n rahoittama projekti, jonka tarkoituksena on saada rakennettua pysyvä organisaatio kyberturvallisuuden alalle vuoteen 2023 mennessä. Laurea ammattikorkeakoulu on mukana ECHO-hankkeessa.
Työssä perehdytään tulevan ECHO-verkoston hallintomalliin ja projektin määrittelemään strategi-sen suunnittelun prosessiin. Nämä ovat määrääviä tekijöitä SharePoint portaalin suunnittelun kannalta. ECHO-projekti on itse arvioinut SharePoint alustan soveltuvan heidän tarpeisiinsa. Tutkimusmenetelmänä on käytetty suunnittelututkimusta.
Työn lopputuloksena syntyi kaksi mallia SharePoint portaalin rakenteesta. Mallit on esitetty perin-teisen hierarkkisenrakenteen mukaan. Ensimmäinen malli on jäsennelty aihelähtöisesti. Toisessa mallissa asetelma on käänteinen, eli kohderyhmälähtöinen. The main purpose of this thesis project was to create a model of SharePoint portal that supports the strategic planning process of the ECHO (European Network of Cybersecurity centres and competence Hub for innovation and Operations) network. ECHO is a project funded by the European Union and its objective is to create an established organization in the field of cybersecurity by the year 2023. Laurea University of Applied Sciences is one of the participants in the ECHO project.
This work focuses on the future governance model of the ECHO network and the strategic planning process defined by the ECHO project. These are determining factors in terms of SharePoint portal. The ECHO project has determined that the SharePoint is the most suitable platform for their needs. The research method in this thesis project was design research.
The result of this work was two models of SharePoint portal structure. The models are portrayed as traditional hierarchical structures. The first model is organized with themes being the deciding factor. The second model is the opposite of the first one and the deciding factors is target group.
