Smart Student Guide Case of HUGI, a Chatbot for Education

Abstract

The thesis aims to understand how a Smart Student guide can be created by updating HUGI towards a better technology partner that would help not only the students but also the study guides. This aims to understand the pain points from both the perspectives propose viable solutions to the same. The research finding includes how students interact with HUGI and their knowledge about its existence, on the other hand, it also interviews study guides on how they are currently working with HUGI and what are their expectations.
