Organizational Commitment in the Light of Chaos Theory of Careers
The aim of the article was to study organizational commitment with the framework of chaos theory of careers. The main research question was concerned with the roles of feedback and encouragement. The data was gathered in five social and health sector and IT-sector organizations by group interviews and was analysed with abductive content analyses. The results showed the importance of connecting individual career development with organizational development by participatory feedback and feedforward practices.
