Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli toteuttaa 3D-kaupunkimalli ArcGIS-alustalle
koko Keravan kaupungista.
useamman eri paikkatietorekisterin tietoja.
Laserkeilatusta pistepilviaineistosta piti suodattaa tarpeettomat pisteryhmäluokitukset
pois. Tarpeelliset pisteryhmät hyödynnettiin 3D-mallin kohteiden suunnittelussa.
Pisteryhmistä muodostettiin 3D-kaupunkimalli kokeellisesti testaamalla
eri valintoja ArcGIS Pro -paikkatieto-ohjelman avulla. 3D-kaupunkimallin luomisessa
on käytetty esitietoina ydinkeskustan aikaisempaa 3D-mallinnusraporttia.
Valmiiseen 3D-kaupunkimalliin lisättiin kiinteistörekisteri, maanpinnan kohteet,
kasvillisuus ja kaupungin kunnossapitokohteet. Täten yhden mallin luominen selkeytti
paikkatietojen tarkastelua ja helpotti niiden analysointia. Mallin julkaiseminen
paransi myös asianosaisten tiedonhakua. Lopullinen 3D-kaupunkimalli julkaistiin
ArcGIS Online -portaalissa. The objective of this thesis was to develop a 3D city model on the ArcGIS platform
from the city of Kerava. The scope of the study was limited to the city of Kerava.
The completed 3D city model was created to include real estate data from the
cadaster, ground objects, vegetation and city maintenance objects.
The working method was trial and error. The process was repeated until a
solution was reached. This meant that the unnecessary point group categories
had to be filtered out from the laser scanned point cloud material. The necessary
point groups were utilized in the design of the 3D model objects. The point groups
were used to create the 3D city model again by testing the different choices in
the ArcGIS Pro mapping software. An earlier 3D modeling report from the Kerava
downtown was used as a basis for creating the more comprehensive 3D city
model.
As a result, the finished 3D city model was published in the ArcGIS Online web
application for the use by the city. The creation of a single model simplified the
viewing of the spatial information and facilitated its analysis. The publication of
the model improved the access to the information for the interested parties.
