Keravan infrahankkeiden kustannusseuranta

Abstract

Opinnäytetyöni tarkoituksena oli kehittää Keravan infrapalveluiden kustannusseurantaa ja samalla tutkia, miten hankkeiden kustannukset kehittyvät suunnitteluvaiheesta toteutukseen.

Tilaajana työlle toimi Keravan kaupungin infrapalvelut, jossa toimin kesän 2019 työnjohtajana.

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli rakentaa Excel-laskentaohjelmalla toimiva kustannustenseurantaväline urakan aikana ja jälkilaskentaa varten yhteistyössä jo toimivan järjestelmän kanssa. Opinnäytetyössä esitellään kolme eri kustannuslaskentaohjelmaa pääkohdittain ja tutustutaan Keravan infrapalveluiden hankkeiden kustannuksien rakentumiseen ja laskujen tiliöintivaiheeseen.

Tietoa työhön on hankittu Keravan kaupungin julkaisuista, yritysten internetsivuilta, kirjoista, eri lakipykälistä ja infrapalveluiden henkilöstön haastatteluista.

Opinnäytetyöni tuloksena Keravan kaupungin infrapalveluille tuotettiin kustannusten seuranta työväline.

The purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis was to develop the monitoring of costs in infrastructure services of Kerava and to study how the costs of projects develop from the planning stage to the implementation. The thesis was commissioned by the City of Kerava Infrastructure Services.

The aim of the thesis was to build a cost tracking tool for post-calculation using the Excel calculation program, in collaboration with an already operating system. Three different cost programs were discussed in detail and the cost structure of projects of Kerava Infrastructure Services were familiarized with including the invoice posting phase.

Information for the thesis was obtained from the publications of the city of Kerava, corporate websites, books, various laws and interviews with infrastructure personnel.

As a result of the thesis a cost tracking tool was produced for the city of Kerava Infrastructure Services.
