Abstract
“Playing by new rules” this is how the author would entitle today’s way of cooperation between employer and employee. New century clarifies business relationships in totally new
dimension.
In everyday routine of different tasks, projects and deadlines people neglect of the fact that
they are working with humans; thence Human Resource Management is a crucial part of any
business particularly with its topic of teambuilding. Thus, this research aims to disclose What
is efficient teambuilding? How good leadership can boost company’s performance? How to
keep team members motivated? What is the current situation in the case company's sales
teams - how are they built? How to build an efficient team to boost the company's performance?
The thesis consists of 6 main parts. In the each part there is a narrow topic chosen to study it
in order to be able to create a full picture of the phenomenon of teambuilding.
The key of this work is the benchmarking method which allows studying the issue from the
practical side of it. That allows to create a framework behind any methodology which is convenient to be implemented in any business.
