A Current State Analysis was based on interviews and descriptive data analysis of actual usage per individual user.
The conceptual framework focused on User Experience Design and Project Management Metrics literature. In addition, insights from testing the solution for enterprise resource planning was considered while creating the mock-ups.
The outcomes of this study are mock-up templates and additional attributes to support the external client billing for the Target Organizations consideration while creating new or amending existing reports.
