SKOGSBRUKETS STIMULANSÅTGÄRDER - UR SKATTEMÄSSIGT PERSPEKTIV

Abstract

I detta arbete kommer jag att till en början förklara skogsbrukets beskattning. Jag kommer att gå igenom hur en skogsägare beskattas både i teorin och genom exempel. Stimulansåtgärdernas effekter kommer att visas genom ett deklarationsfall, där en identisk skogsaffär deklareras med och utan stimulansåtgärder. För att bevisa stimulansåtgärdernas verkan kommer jag även att med hjälp av diagram som jag fått ta del av från Skogscentralen Österbotten ta reda på hur stora effekterna varit. Syftet med arbetet är att ta reda på hur man genom skattelättnader kan ge fart åt en näring, och hur man som privatperson genom skatteplanering kan maximera nyttan av sin skog. Material till detta arbete har jag i första hand fått från internet, men också genom böcker och genom diskussioner med personalen på Skogscentralen österbotten och Skogsvårdsföreningen. Resultatet visar att man som skogsägare med hjälp av stimulansåtgärderna förbättrar sitt resultat avsevärt. Eftersom man även på basis av avverkningsmängder ser effekter så kan man dra slutsatsen att stimulansåtgärder är ett fungerande recept för en industri som behöver stimuleras.

In my thesis I will start by explaining the taxation-system that we currently use in Finland. I will start by a walkthrough how the owner of a forest is taxed. The effects of the stimulation-measures will be shown by an example where an identical deal is done according to the old taxation and one that applies the stimulation-measures. By diagrams that Skogscentralen Österbotten has provided me with I will prove just how efficient these measures have been. The aim is to show how reduced taxation might speed up an industry, and how you as a private person might take advantage of the situation and maximize the benefit of your forest. The material for this work is mostly taken from the internet, but also from books, magazines and from discussions with the employees on Skogscentralen Österbotten and Skogsvårdsföreningen. The result of this investigation shows that the a forest-owner might by applying all the stimulation-measures make a bigger profit than he could before, which proves that the measures have been successful both for the industry and the proprietor of the forest.
