Tiivistelmä
The aim of the study was to examines student satisfaction regarding the quality of University Lunch, using Antell Round Restaurant in Savonia as a case study. Employing a survey methodology, 24 questionnaires were distributed and analyzed using frequency and percentage and charts were generated using Microsoft Excel. The findings reveal a strong preference for the main dishes offered by Antell Round Restaurant, coupled with a substantial demand for menu variety. However, students express unwillingness to pay higher prices for different menus beyond the current offerings. The study recommends that Antell Round Restaurant expand its menu to cater to a broader range of preferences. Additionally, considering the hesitancy among students to accept higher prices for diverse food options, careful strategy for any price adjustments is advised to align with existing price ranges, ensuring affordability and meeting student expectations. Additionally the study recognised a preference for home-cooked meals. The study therefore suggests exploring partnerships with local providers offering home-style options to better align restaurant offerings with student preferences.
