Tiivistelmä
The reason of this study is to give a better understanding and solutions of the International Human Recourse Management (IHRM) issues facing by Foreign Multinational Enterprises in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The main problems or issues of discussion will be about cross culture area of things of foreign markets and dealing the HR issues in Pakistan. A qualitative case study approach will be used from two popular foreign Multinational Enterprises are working in Pakistan.
