Tiivistelmä
The purpose of writing the present thesis is to expand the business of the commissioning party Across Spain Ltd and to extend the customer market share of the company by developing an exclusive program for the team players of the Prime Spanish Football League. The program combines leisure and professional training facilities in order to meet the needs and wants of business customers.
To define the best possible elements of the program and identify the customers together with their behaviour and expectations concerning the product, theoretical and qualitative researches were performed.
The theoretical research defined strategies and directions of the commissioning company’s future growth; analysed the business customers as well as the final ones; customers’ features influencing the decision-making process and the stages of this process.
In order to develop the product which can meet the customers’ requirements, the qualitative research among the managers of the commissioning party was performed and analysed.
Based on the information, received after analysing the research outcomes, the final program was developed.
In the conclusion the outcomes of the work were analysed and suggestions to the commissioning party concerning the product’s future promotion and distribution were given.
